About the Recipe
Combine dark leafy greens, sweet fruit and flavourful herbs to support skin, weight loss, hormones and digestion. It’s easily made in the blender and packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Ingredients
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup flat leaf italian parsley
60ml (one shot) wheatgrass or 50g of harvested wheatgrass
2 celery stalks roughly chopped
1 medium cucumber quartered
1 apple cored and cut into chunks (optional for extra sweetness)
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain through the nut milk bag or cheesecloth (optional) and serve.
If desired, garnish with a cucumber slice.
