About the Recipe
Make everyday a special occasion with this light, crispy, cheesy cordon bleu recipe

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Prosciutto (deli ham also works if you add a little salt to the chicken)
Grated fontine or Gruyere cheese (Swiss cheese also works)
Almond floour and coconut flour (or panko crumbs)
Dried thyme
Garlic powder
Melted butter
Cos lettuce
Preparation
Prehead oven to 175 degrees celcius
Combine grated cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, seasonings and melted butter in a small bowl to make the coating
Top each chicken breast with a pinch of the cheese mixture, then a folded piece fo prosciutto, Evently distribute the remainnig cheese mixture over each fillet.
Bake for 20 mminutes or until the cheese is browned and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75 degrees celcius.
Allow the chiken to rest before serving.
Serve with cos lettuce sprinkled with a little cheese
