3 ingredients and a 30 minute meal from start to finish, this spicy salmon cajun pairs perfectly with roast veggies

Ingredients
Potato cit into bite sized chunks
Broccoli cut into small florets
Skinless salmon fillets
Cajun Seasoning
Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper or alfoil.
Place potato on lined tray and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and season with pepper, toss to coat. Roast for 25-30 minutes
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and Cajun seasoning into a paste.
Pat dry salmon fillets with a paper towl and place then on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the Cajun seasoning over the salmon fillets.
Add salmon fillets and broccoli to potatoes in oven and bake for 16 to 18 minutes, depending on thickness of salmon, until the salmon flakes and separates easily with fork. Remove salmon from oven.
Serve the cajun salmon with roaste potatoes and broccoli and enjoy!
