All natural lemon bliss balls that melt in your mouth

Ingredients
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 cup almond meal
3 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Desiccated coconut to coat balls
Preparation
1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together well.
2. With a teaspoon scoop out a large teaspoon portion into palm of hand and roll into a smooth ball.
3. Sprinkle coconut on plate and coat balls in coconut.
4. Arrange on tray and set in fridge for minimum 2 hours.
