About the Recipe
Chia seeds are loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, protein, antioxidants and fiber. Chia pudding is low in fat and will keep you feeling full for longer. Add stewed apple (see breakfast recipe on this site) or other fruits for a delicious, nourishing breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
250ml (half a cup) of milk
1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation
Add chia seeds to desired glass or jar you will be refrigerating the mix in.
Add almond milk and honey and stir carefully.
Refrigerate and approximately half an hour later take it out of fridge, stir again then place back in fridge.
